Our Certified Contractors Serving Massachusetts and Rhode Island
When you select a contractor to work on your house, you are trusting him/her to be responsible for more than your property – you are entrusting him/her with the safety of your family and his/her entire crew. At Marios Roofing, each and every individual who comes onto your property will have gone through certified safety training. It is not merely a requirement for us; it is who we are.
Every Employee. Every Job.OSHA Certified.
So, what separates us? 100% of all of our employees in the field are OSHA certified.
Each office and field employee at Marios Roofing has obtained OSHA 10 certification. So, whether you are talking with our office personnel regarding your siding installation or observing our crew at work on your roof, you are working with trained safety professionals who are aware of the hazard recognition, fall protection, and correct usage of equipment.
Our project managers go beyond that. They have earned their OSHA 30 certification. The OSHA 30 certification includes three times the amount of training hours as the OSHA 10 certification, and it addresses the advanced safety management of a jobsite, site inspections, and regulatory compliance. In addition, several of our project managers hold specialized aerial and scissor lift certifications, and those certifications are essential to safely access difficult locations during window replacement and multi-story projects.
What Does OSHA Certification MeanFor Your House?
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) creates the safety guidelines for all construction in the United States. While contractors may not train in this program, they are gambling with safety. When they obtain training in this area, they demonstrate a commitment to performing the job the correct way.
Our OSHA-certified crews can perform such tasks as:
- Properly setting up fall protection systems
- Identifying electrical hazards prior to the problem becoming an issue
- Properly using ladders and scaffolding
- Working with materials without being injured
- Identifying weather conditions that necessitate the cessation of operations
This training not only protects our crew. It protects your property from potential damage due to unprofessional/unsafe practices. It protects your family from having untrained individuals near your home. Additionally, this training provides you with confidence knowing that every individual on-site has been screened and trained to meet national safety standards.
More Than JustCard Hanging On the Wall
At Marios Roofing, we do not simply give our employees OSHA cards and call it a day. Safety is reviewed at each project kickoff. Our project managers conduct site assessments before commencing work. We keep all necessary safety equipment on hand and replace it when it is needed. Additionally, we remain abreast of any OSHA regulations updates so our practices are always ahead of the curve.
Our commitment to safety is evident in every service we offer – from roofing installations to gutter work and all services in between. Whether we are working on a single-family residence in Stoughton or a multi-unit property in Warwick, we utilize the same safety procedures.
