Aspen White Exterior Portfolio Siding on a Colonial in Lincoln
This Lincoln home is a two-story colonial with a symmetrical front, a bay window off the entry, and a covered farmer’s porch on one end, set on a wooded lot. The siding wraps the whole house and every corner and window line is on display, so the material and color set the tone for the entire exterior.
We re-sided the house in Royal Exterior Portfolio vinyl siding in Aspen White. Exterior Portfolio is a low-maintenance vinyl with a deep panel projection and a color-through finish that holds a crisp shadow line and will not need paint. Aspen White is a clean, bright white that keeps the colonial classic and lets the black window trim and the porch columns stand out.
We stripped the old siding, checked and repaired the sheathing, and ran new house wrap before installing the panels. Corners, window and door trim, and the porch details were all wrapped for a tight, finished look, and the courses were kept level across the full run so the new siding replacement reads straight from every angle.
