How long does the Roofcare+ workmanship coverage last?
Workmanship coverage applies to roofs originally installed by Marios and stays active for [X years] and as long as your RoofCare+ membership is active. It’s a month to month plan with no long term contract, so until [X years] coverage continues each month you’re enrolled and ends if you cancel.
Why does a homeowner need a roof maintenance plan?
Most roof problems start small and go unnoticed until they become expensive. RoofCare+ catches issues early with annual inspections and builds a documented maintenance history, whether or not Marios installed your roof.
How often will my roof be inspected with RoofCare+?
Once a year, for any enrolled roof regardless of who installed it. Each inspection includes photos and a written report, which are added to your Digital Roof Record. Marios will remind you when your inspection is due, or you can reach out to us directly anytime to schedule it.
What is the Digital Roof Record, and why does it matter?
Your Digital Roof Record is the documented history built from each annual RoofCare+ inspection, including photos and a written report. It gives you a timeline of your roof’s condition over time, which helps with warranty claims and proof of upkeep if you sell your home.
What can void a roof warranty?
Manufacturer warranties can be voided by improper installation, unapproved materials, or lack of documented maintenance. RoofCare+ helps protect against this with either workmanship coverage (Marios-installed roofs) or a documented inspection history (any roof).
What is a workmanship warranty, and how is it different from a manufacturer's warranty?
A workmanship warranty covers how the roof was installed. A manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in the materials. Every roof Marios installs includes a standard workmanship warranty of [X years]. Enrolling in RoofCare+ extends that coverage to [Y years], as long as your membership stays active.
What is included in RoofCare+, and what isn’t covered?
Every member gets an annual inspection that’s documented in your Digital Roof Record, plus priority scheduling when service is needed. Marios-installed roofs also get extended workmanship protection, meaning if an issue develops with how the roof was installed (things like flashing, underlayment, or fastening), the repair is included at no additional cost. Not covered: storm, hail, or wind damage; manufacturer defects; damage caused by other contractors; normal wear; structural issues.

Workmanship coverage protects the installation itself, not the materials.
